About Prescient Healthcare Group (PHG)

Our goal is a simple one: we solve exciting, real-world pharma challenges that ultimately make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

About the Opportunity

The role will be varied, giving you the opportunity to develop and hone new skills whilst improving your knowledge of the healthcare industry. You will receive exposure to a broad mix of projects – varied therapeutic areas, a range of client sizes, and domestic vs. global reach. This will enable you to get the experience to decide if you want to take a more specialized route as your career progresses.  Our onboarding and training program will provide the support and development you need to hit the ground running; a mix of formal classroom training, shadowing colleagues on projects and ‘on the job’ coaching will equip you with the capabilities you need to succeed at Prescient.

You will have the chance to channel your intellectual curiosity into strategizing the development and commercialization of portfolios, assets and brands by integrating therapeutic, clinical and commercial expertise.

Whilst no two days are the same, your time will be roughly divided as follows:

  • 40% conducting secondary research and value-adding analyses on clinical, commercial and market topics
  • 20% conducting primary research with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and biopharmaceutical market experts
  • 40% developing high quality, engaging client outputs, including dynamic client workshops
  • Reporting: You will report to an Engagement Manager within our team
  • Time Allocation: 20% on domestic or international travel (for client meetings, conferences and inter-office visits), while 80% will be spent working out of your “base” location. Please note, that we do offer flexible working arrangements, enabling team members to allocate time between the office and work-from-home setting.
